Services and Fees

Initial Assessment

I see all clients for an initial psychological consultation, lasting one hour. In this session we will discuss your concerns and hopes for therapy, to gauge if it is the right step and approach for you and if you feel comfortable with me. If you wish to continue we will select a time when we can meet each week or fortnightly and agree upon a proposed treatment timescale.

Individual Counselling

I see individuals for psychotherapy sessions, which last for 50 minutes and normally take place at the same time each week, but fortnightly, monthly and more flexible sessions are also possible.

I offer short term therapy and open ended contracts.

As well as face-to-face, I offer online psychotherapy via Zoom or Skype.

Fees

My fee is £120 per session, including the initial consultation.

I accept insurance payments from AXA, Vitality, Aviva, Healix Health Services, Aetna Globa Services.

Existential Supervision

I offer individual existential supervision. Each session lasts for one hour and costs £80 per session. Currently, I am only able to offer supervision online.

CFS/ME Support Group

I run support groups for individuals living with CFS/ME. This is an opportunity to share your experiences and hear how others have overcome certain challenges in a safe facilitated space. Each session lasts one hour, although this is flexible depending on the needs of the group and takes place monthly, but this is again dependent on the frequency desired and agreed by each particular group. These groups take place online and are £10 per session.
